South Korea's preliminary exports of storage chips surged significantly year-on-year in the first 20 days of June, with SSD exports up 405% year-on-year.
According to Odaily, Citrini analyst jukan posted on X that South Korea’s preliminary export data from June 1 to 20 shows DRAM (including modules) increased by 342% year-on-year and 3% month-on-month; NAND flash rose by 336% year-on-year and 28% month-on-month; MCP (i.e., HBM) grew by 209% year-on-year and 51% month-on-month; and SSD increased by 405% year-on-year and 25% month-on-month.

Australia announces another one-month extension of fuel excise tax reduction
(1) The Australian Prime Minister stated on Sunday that due to the ongoing conflict in Iran, domestic fuel prices remain high. The government has decided to extend the fuel excise tax reduction policy by another month. (2) According to the policy, in July, gasoline and diesel will be 16 Australian cents per liter cheaper than the regular price, allowing an average vehicle to save about 11 Australian dollars per full tank. (3) The Prime Minister described this as a temporary support measure aimed at mitigating the impact of rising fuel prices and easing the financial burden on the public.
