Dear elite traders and affiliates:
To maintain a fair trading environment on the copy trading platform and protect the legitimate rights and interests of copy traders, Bitget hereby issues the following statement regarding violations in copy trading.
I. Prohibited conduct
The platform prohibits any elite trader or affiliate from improperly profiting through the following means, including but not limited to:
Maliciously generating transaction fee rebates: Artificially inflating copy trading volume through high-frequency position opening, abnormal leverage, or other irregular trading methods, causing losses to copy traders while earning transaction fee rebates;
Manipulating performance through multi-account hedging and position locking: Controlling multiple accounts to execute reverse hedging or lock positions, artificially generating profit data and inflating performance rankings to mislead users into making copy trading decisions.
Such conduct, regardless of how it is carried out, constitutes a serious violation of the platform's rules.
II. Penalties
Once verified by the platform, the following measures will be taken against the accounts involved:
Permanent revocation of elite trader status
Revocation of affiliate status and related benefits
Recovery of rebates obtained through violations
III. Statement
Bitget remains committed to providing copy traders with a secure and transparent trading environment. The platform has established systematic mechanisms to identify the violations described above and will continue enhancing its risk control capabilities. We urge all elite traders and affiliates to comply with the platform's rules and work together to maintain a healthy copy trading ecosystem.
