Futures Elite Trader Leaderboard Upgrade

1. What's changing on the leaderboard?

The futures leaderboard is now split into two: Leaderboard and All elite traders.

• Leaderboard: Has stricter eligibility requirements and displays only elite traders who meet all criteria, helping you quickly identify traders with more consistent performance.

• All elite traders: Includes anyone who qualifies as a futures elite trader. Traders with losses are hidden by default, but you can disable this filter to view the full list.

2. What are the requirements to appear on the leaderboard?

Elite traders must meet all of the following conditions:

1. A display name has been set and does not start with "BGUSER".

2. Total assets are publicly displayed with an amount ≥ 1000 USDT.

3. Total profit for the selected period ≥ 0 USDT, and ROI ≥ -50%.

4. Total copier profit ≥ −500 USDT.

5. Maximum drawdown for the selected period (the largest drop from the account's peak value) is ≤ 50%.

Leaderboard data is updated hourly. Once you meet all requirements, you will appear on the leaderboard by the next hourly update at the latest.

3. What's the difference between All Elite Traders and Leaderboard?

4. I meet all the requirements—why am I not on the leaderboard yet?

1. Data is updated hourly. Wait for the next hourly update, then refresh the page to check again.

2. If you have multiple elite portfolios, the leaderboard displays only your best-performing public copy portfolio and best-performing private copy portfolio—one of each. Your other portfolios will not appear on the leaderboard but can still be found under All Elite Traders.

3. If you still don't appear after more than an hour, contact online customer service to verify.

5. How can I improve my chances of appearing on the leaderboard?

Completing your display name and bio is a basic requirement for appearing on the leaderboard. You can complete your profile through either of the following entry points:

• Elite portfolio creation page: A prompt appears below your avatar. Select it to complete your profile.

• Profile edit page: A persistent prompt appears below the avatar and bio fields, allowing you to update your profile at any time.

Once you have completed both your display name and bio, the prompt will disappear automatically.

6. Why can the same elite trader only appear once on the leaderboard?

To ensure fairness, the number of elite portfolios from the same main account is limited to one public copy portfolio and one private copy portfolio. This prevents a single trader from using multiple portfolios to occupy top positions on the leaderboard, giving more elite traders an opportunity for visibility.
