BlockBeats News, February 4th. The US Department of Labor announced that due to the enactment of a continuing resolution, effective February 4, 2026 (Wednesday), all agencies of the US Department of Labor have resumed full normal operations.
Previously, due to the resolution not being passed, parts of the US government experienced a shutdown. The US Department of Labor announced a delay in the release of the January nonfarm payroll report, with the release date to be announced separately after resuming operations. (FXStreet)
