MMA completes $3 million private financing round, led by American Ventures
Foresight News reported, according to Tipranks, that the American mixed martial arts company MMA has completed a $3 million private financing round, led by American Ventures with participation from Donald Trump Jr., the eldest son of Donald Trump. The funds raised, along with a future agreement allowing American Ventures to subscribe in batches for up to $20 million worth of common stock, will be used to accelerate platform expansion, deepen cooperation with UFC fitness centers, and support the rapid development of its BJJLink fitness software and broader Web3 ecosystem.
