According to Ember monitoring, a certain whale or institution purchased another $10 million worth of ETH 4 hours ago. Over the past two days, they have accumulated 12,637.8 ETH using 33 million USDT through CEX, with an average purchase price of $2611. Currently, the total amount of ETH held by this institution or whale has reached 137,400, with a market value of approximately $363 million.
