Ripple President: Expect XRP ETF to be launched in the United States soon
According to Bitcoin.com, Ripple President Monica Long said in an interview with Bloomberg on Tuesday that the XRP ETF could soon become a reality as favorable U.S. cryptocurrency legislation may bring significant benefits to domestic companies.
Long stated: "I think we will see more spot ETFs launched in the United States this year, and I believe that after Bitcoin and Ethereum, XRP is likely to be next. We believe that these applications will accelerate especially with the change of government."
In addition, Long also revealed that Ripple's new RLUSD stablecoin will be listed on more exchanges and the company expects it to play a crucial role in its currency and payment business.
