Grayscale presenta ante la SEC de EE.UU. el formulario S-1 preliminar para el Bittensor ETF

ChainCatcher informó, según fuentes del mercado, que Grayscale ha anunciado que ha presentado ante la SEC de EE. UU. una declaración de registro S-1, con la intención de convertir su Bittensor Trust Fund en un ETF. Si se aprueba, este fondo se convertirá en el primer TAO ETP en Estados Unidos.
