Notice on the archiving of Bitget CFD MT5 accounts

To continuously optimize your trading environment and deliver faster system response, Bitget will archive CFD MT5 accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. Read the details below carefully.

Which accounts will be archived?

If your CFD MT5 account meets all of the following conditions, the system will automatically archive the account:

•  No activity for 30 consecutive days.
• The account has no assets, no open positions, and no pending orders.

What happens after an account is archived?

Credit balance reset to zero: When an account is archived, its credit balance will be reset to zero at the same time. Please take note.

Account operations disabled: While archived, the account cannot perform any inbound or outbound transfers or trading operations, including opening or closing positions.

Asset information unavailable: While archived, asset-related information for the account, including balance, equity, positions, order history, etc., will no longer be displayed or accessible.
  
How can I reactivate an archived account?

If you wish to continue using an archived CFD account, you can reactivate it through the activation process provided on the platform. Please read: Guide to reactivating your archived Bitget CFD account

Account information retained: After reactivation, your original MT5 account ID will be fully retained.

Trading history restored: Historical trading records can be retrieved after reactivation, ensuring your data is not lost.
