Grayscale: Value Storage Demand and Regulatory Clarity Will Drive Crypto Bull Market, Bitcoin Could Hit New High in First Half of Next Year
BlockBeats News, December 30th. Grayscale's research department released the 2026 Cryptocurrency Market Outlook report, stating that the demand for store of value and clearer regulation is driving the next bull market in the cryptocurrency space in 2026. The escalating government debt, ongoing fiscal deficits, and concerns about fiat currency devaluation are prompting investors to look beyond traditional assets.
On the other hand, Grayscale predicts that after experiencing delays due to political gridlock and government shutdowns, the U.S. cryptocurrency market structure bill will receive bipartisan support and make progress in early 2026. Although the bill failed to pass in 2025 due to current momentum, both parties' lawmakers are now interested in establishing clearer federal rules for digital assets.
Therefore, Grayscale expects a valuation increase in 2026, and the so-called "four-year cycle" will also come to an end. The price of Bitcoin is likely to hit a new all-time high in the first half of this year.
