BiyaPay Analyst: Bitcoin Surpasses $90,000, Regulatory Game to Shape the Main Theme of 2026
According to TechFlow, on December 29, bitcoin fluctuated and strengthened around $90,000. On one hand, the market is watching Strategy increase its cash buffer, with funds prioritized for dividends and interest payments rather than further increasing BTC holdings, indicating a rising “defensive stance.” On the other hand, a certain exchange has taken a tough stance against amending the “Genius Act,” and the dispute over stablecoin “reward/yield” rules may once again trigger regulatory battles. Several institutional views suggest that the crypto market is shifting from being purely sentiment-driven to structurally driven, with perpetual futures, stablecoin payments, and prediction markets possibly becoming the main themes in 2026. However, the “split market” of strengthening precious metals and a pullback in crypto also signals that funds are repricing macro risks. BiyaPay analysts pointed out that in a phase dominated by structural trends, cross-market allocation and the use of derivative tools will become even more crucial. The platform supports USDT covering US stocks, Hong Kong stocks, futures and spot, as well as contract trading, making it easier for investors to capture volatility opportunities across different markets.
