ChainCatcher News, according to market sources, an Aave DAO participant has raised concerns about whether the relationship between the Aave protocol, DAO, and Aave Labs needs to be reassessed. User tulipking proposed in a recent governance forum post that Aave DAO should initiate a "poison pill plan" lawsuit to take control of Aave Labs' intellectual property (including its published code and brand trademarks) as well as the company's equity.
