Zodia Custody obtains MiCA license, set to launch digital asset services across the EU
ChainCatcher news, according to The Fintech Times, Zodia Custody, a digital asset custody institution backed by Standard Chartered Bank, has obtained a Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) license issued by the Luxembourg Financial Sector Supervisory Commission, allowing its European branch to offer regulated custody services "passport" across all EU member states.
To support the expansion of its business scope, Zodia Custody has strengthened its local leadership team. The company announced the appointment of Daniel Soriano as the authorized manager of the Luxembourg office, working together with Managing Director Ami Nagata.
