Data: PeckShield, Nearly $200 millions lost in crypto security incidents in November, a month-on-month increase of 969%
According to ChainCatcher, PeckShield statistics show that there were about 15 major cryptocurrency attack incidents in 2025, resulting in total losses of approximately $194.27 million, a surge of 969% compared to October’s $18.18 million.
The five largest attack incidents were: Balancer v2 and its branches with losses of $137.4 million (of which $39 million has been recovered), an exchange with losses of $36 million, Yearn Finance with losses of $9 million, HLP bad debt of $4.95 million, and GANA PayFi with losses of $3.1 million.
