These 6,500 BTC were originally obtained from Ivanov (Bilyuchenko) three years ago. Ivanov (also known as Bilyuchenko) is a Russian cryptocurrency entrepreneur accused of co-founding the BTC-e and WEX trading platforms and laundering hundreds of thousands of bitcoins stolen from Mt. Gox in the past.
