Cosmos Health Reaches Up to $300 Million Securities Purchase Agreement with a US Institutional Investor to Launch ETH Treasury
Foresight News reports that Nasdaq-listed company Cosmos Health has announced it has reached a securities purchase agreement with a U.S. institutional investor for up to $300 million to launch its ETH treasury strategy. The company will strategically accumulate ETH, with assets to be held in custody and staked through institutional infrastructure provided by BitGo Trust Company.
