Bo Hines Says Trump Will "Soon" Launch Bitcoin Reserve Plan
Foresight News reported that Bo Hines, Executive Director of former President Trump’s Digital Asset Advisory Board, stated in an interview with "Crypto in America" that Trump will "initiate" a Bitcoin reserve plan "as soon as possible" when asked about a U.S. strategic Bitcoin reserve. On Wednesday, the Presidential Digital Asset Market Working Group released recommendations for "strengthening U.S. leadership in digital financial technology," which briefly mentioned a strategic Bitcoin reserve. Bo Hines noted that the priorities and focus outlined in the report are to establish a clear and robust regulatory framework. When asked how much Bitcoin the U.S. federal government currently holds, Bo Hines said, "I cannot discuss that at this time."
