Odaily Planet Daily reported that Musk responded to community user @TeslaBoomerMama on the X platform, stating that the Federal Election Commission (FEC) filing documents circulating about the new political party America Party (AMEP) are fake, and that he has already reported this to the Federal Election Commission.
