JPMorgan: Stablecoin Market Expected to Grow to $500 Billion by 2028
According to a report by Jinse Finance, JPMorgan (JPM) strategists stated in a research note released on Thursday that the stablecoin market is expected to grow to $500 billion by 2028. Compared to some aggressive forecasts—which predict a market capitalization of $1 trillion to $2 trillion over the same period—this projection is more conservative. JPMorgan offered a more cautious outlook on the industry's growth trajectory, noting that the primary driver of stablecoin usage remains "crypto-native demand" rather than broader adoption in payment scenarios.
