Bitcoin Treasury Corporation Lists on Toronto Stock Exchange and Completes First Purchase of 292.8 BTC
According to Jinse Finance, Bitcoin Treasury Corporation, a Bitcoin financial company already listed on the TSX Venture Exchange in Toronto, has announced the completion of an issuance of 426,650 shares, bringing its total fundraising to $125 million including previous financing rounds. Following the close of the fundraising, Bitcoin Treasury Corporation announced its first purchase of 292.8 BTC at a price of 43,127,353 Canadian dollars. These bitcoins have now been added to the company’s balance sheet, officially marking the launch of the company’s BTCT Bitcoin accumulation plan.
