According to Spot On Chain monitoring, about 7 hours ago a new wallet was created and purchased a total of 9,610 ETH (approximately $14.54 million). This address first withdrew 5,000 ETH as collateral from CEX, borrowed $7 million USDS on the Spark platform, and then bought another 4,610 ETH at an approximate price of $1,518 each. It is suspected that they are bullish on the future trend of ETH.
