According to Bitcoin Laws, the Florida State Insurance and Banking Committee has passed the Bitcoin Reserve Bill HB 487. The Florida Bitcoin Bill HB 487 still needs to pass through three committees in the House of Representatives:
Government Operations Committee
Finance Committee
Business Committee
