Uniswap's time-lock contract has released 27.9 million UNI, some of which have been transferred into CEX
According to Ember monitoring, Uniswap's time-lock contract released 27.9 million UNI (approximately $192 million) to two addresses five days ago. Of these, 750,000 UNI (about $5.02 million) were transferred into CEX six hours ago. Ember analysis suggests that such large-scale token unlocks entering the exchange usually indicate potential selling pressure. The current circulation of UNI is about 740 million, and this release accounts for 3.77%. The Uniswap Foundation has previously stated that such unlocked funds are mainly used for ecosystem development and community incentives.
