IOTA releases decentralized identity framework IOTA Identity Alpha
PANews reported on March 22 that IOTA has released the Alpha version of its decentralized identity framework, IOTA Identity. The aim is to provide a framework for authentication, verification and secure data exchange.
The new version is now live on the testnet based on MoveVM. Migrating from the previous Stardust VM to MoveVM can enhance programmability on-chain while improving privacy through off-chain verifiable credentials.
