Opinion: RWA tokenization may become a new liquidity pool under the growth narrative of the United States
PANews reported on March 19th, according to OKG Research, under the "America First" framework, the U.S. market is seeking a higher liquidity asset distribution mechanism, and RWA tokenization is becoming key. Currently, the tokenized T-bills market size is $4.55 billion USD, accounting for 24% of on-chain RWAs but only 0.2% of the U.S. T-bills market. The on-chain asset liquidity layer (RWA + stablecoins) amounts to $2436.1 billion USD, representing 0.4% of the U.S stocks and bonds markets combined. If market penetration reaches 5%, its scale could increase to $28 trillion USD making it one of the most liquid asset markets globally.
