Eleanor Terrett said the U.S. SEC v. Ripple case is ongoing and could be concluded soon, according to people familiar with the matter. The delay in reaching an agreement is due to Ripple's legal team negotiating more favourable terms in response to an August district court ruling that fined the company $125 million and included a permanent injunction barring it from selling XRP to institutional investors, it said.
