The suspected ARB Foundation wallet address deposited 2.394 million ARB into CEX

According to The Data Nerd, 5 hours ago, a wallet (possibly belonging to the ARB Foundation) deposited 2.394 million ARB into Coinbase (equivalent to about $1.77 million). Nine months ago, this wallet received 9.844 million ARB (equivalent to about $15.26 million), and deposited all of it into Coinbase. If this wallet does not belong to the ARB Foundation, then it has lost $9.23 million on the aforementioned tokens.
