US stocks close mixed
US stocks closed mixed, with the Dow down 0.33 per cent, the Nasdaq up 0.76 per cent and the S&P 500 up 0.21 per cent. Tesla shares jumped nearly 22 per cent, the biggest one-day gain since May 2013.
