Telegram founder Pavel Durov stated on his personal TG channel: "Yesterday, I proposed 10 improvements for our application. We prepared the models on the same day, and today, we already have a full-featured version that implements these features.

These updates include 5 improvements to gifts, 3 improvements to tags, the ability to add media after sending messages, and the function of viewing message editing time. All this was done in just one day."
