U.S. ETF Expert: SEC's decision to no longer view SOL and other tokens as securities does not increase the likelihood of their ETF approval
Nate Geraci, President of The ETF Store, posted on X stating that the SEC no longer considering tokens such as SOL as securities does not increase the approval probability of its SOL spot ETFs. To pass the ETF approval, one of the following conditions needs to be met: a sufficiently long history of SOL futures trading on CME; a comprehensive crypto regulatory framework and administrative reform.
