Cyvers Alerts system detected that the address of Jonatan Zimenkov, who is sanctioned by the US Department of Treasury, started to operate after 726 days. The transaction involved 5,462 ETH (worth $17.1 million), and the address of Russian national Jonatan Zimenkov is related to a Russian arms export intermediary.
