The gamblers put the odds of Biden dropping out at 38 cents to 63 cents. Forecasting startup Manifold also shows that Biden's chances of being the Democratic nominee have dropped from 94 percent to 68 percent in the past day. Market experts note that Biden's health and cognitive issues have sparked widespread concern. Possible replacements include California Gov. Gavin Newsom, former first lady Michelle Obama and Vice President Kamala Harris.
