According to Fox's Eleanor Terrett, during Thursday's budget hearing, Senator Durbin asked SEC Chairman Gary Gensler if he thought the CFTC had enough resources to regulate cryptocurrencies, and Gensler said it "depends on what resources they're given. The CFTC doesn't have the disclosure system in place that the SEC has."
