Grayscale reduces its BTC holdings, while BlackRock increases theirs
The large cryptocurrency investment company Grayscale has reduced its Bitcoin (BTC) holdings by 538 BTC, worth approximately $35.08 million. The company currently holds 303,683 BTC, valued at about $19.8 billion.
In contrast, another well-known investment management company BlackRock has increased its BTC holdings. The company added 569 BTC to its portfolio, equivalent to about $37.14 million. BlackRock currently holds 274,462 BTC, valued at approximately $17.9 billion.
Additionally, a total of nine Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs), including Grayscale have collectively increased their holdings by 949 BTCs worth around $61.88 million dollars.The report did not provide more details on the other eight ETFs involved in the acquisition of Bitcoins.
