Genesis Files Amended Settlement Agreement with Creditors
Gemini disclosed on social media that Genesis submitted a revised proposed order yesterday, approving a global settlement among Gemini, Genesis, and other creditors in the Genesis bankruptcy case. The settlement agreement has been submitted to the bankruptcy court. It is reported that the settlement agreement will be reviewed by the bankruptcy court at 23:00 on April 16, Beijing time, on an undisputed basis.
