The three major U.S. stock indexes closed mixed
The three major US stock indexes closed with mixed gains and losses, all recording six consecutive monthly gains. The Dow Jones rose 0.12%, the S&P 500 rose 0.11%, and the Nasdaq fell 0.12%. Both the S&P 500 and Dow Jones reached historic closing highs.
