Xoom, PayPal’s international remittance service, offers free remittances to users of stablecoin PYUSD
Users of Xoom, PayPal's international remittance service, do not need to pay any fees if they use the company's stablecoin PYUSD to transfer money. Jose Fernandez da Ponte, senior vice president at PayPal, said in an interview that Xoom senders will not have to pay any customary fees (the average rate across the industry is 2%), while recipients will receive funds in their local currency as usual.
