BlackRock's spot Bitcoin ETF surpasses $1 billion in daily trading volume, ranking 11th among all ETFs
According to data released by Bloomberg analyst Eric Balchunas, as of approximately 2:30 PM Eastern Time on Monday, the daily trading volume of BlackRock's spot Bitcoin ETF (IBIT) has exceeded $1 billion, ranking 11th among all ETFs (in the top 0.3%) and in the top 25 among stocks. The analyst stated, "This is a crazy number for a newbie ETF, especially one of ten competitors. A billion dollars in daily trading is a very large level of volume, enough to (and then some) get institutions interested."
