An address that participated in the ETH ICO woke up after 8.5 years and transferred out 97 ETH

According to Whale Alert monitoring, around 13:45 on February 4th Beijing time, an address containing 100 ETH (approximately $230,000) and a dormant pre-mine address that participated in the ETH ICO (starting with 0x2E8Eb3) was activated after 8.5 years. It transferred out 20 ETH to an address starting with 0x8Bd3BF. In addition, on-chain data shows that the address starting with 0x2E8Eb3 later transferred out 77 ETH to another address starting with 0x73a4.
