Fox reporter Eleanor Terrett tweeted that it is expected to submit some revised 19b-4 documents and some comments on S-1 today. The timetable for the approval of Bitcoin spot ETF still appears to be next week, but this entirely depends on the speed at which the US SEC reads the comments and amendments submitted today.
