Arbitrum developer Offchain Labs doubled down on ARB coin as the wider market cools on governance tokens, promising to continue expanding the Arbitrum ecosystem.
The move happened amid concerns that stakeholders in crypto are moving away from governance tokens.
Similar to many other cryptocurrencies, ARB declined by over 78% over the course of 2025 despite Arbitrum logging solid results, according to CoinMarketCap.
For instance, the network processed over 2B lifetime transactions and reached $20B in total value secured this year, and is ranked as the largest ETH L2 in total market share, beating out its main competitors, including Base and Optimism.
Bitcoin Hyper is a strong idea that aims to build an L2 rollup on the Bitcoin chain. Since Bitcoin feels outdated by today’s standards, this L2 should, in theory, bring faster, cheaper transfers and make migration of Solana dApps to the Bitcoin network straightforward.
While the fundamentals are enough to secure Bitcoin Hyper’s position as an innovative project, its lack of real developmental updates stops it from advancing further.
HYPER is valued at $0.013475, and the community believes the token can reach at least 10x gains after launch. Since the mainnet launch was postponed to 2026, Bitcoin Hyper will have more time to provide clearer updates, which could strengthen investors’ security and bump up price predictions significantly.
