$XRP could be getting ready for a major move in the coming weeks, as the coin continues showing signs of strength on higher timeframes. At the moment, XRP is trading around $1.41 and is up about 3.4% over the past seven days. The price has continued holding important support levels, and many traders believe the current consolidation phase could soon lead to another breakout. ✅ XRP Could Be Ready for Price Expansion One analyst sharing this bullish view is CW. In a recent market update, the analyst explained that XRP is beginning to look very bullish on the 3-week chart. After printing three straight bearish candles, XRP finally closed a green candle toward the end of March. Right now, the current candle is also looking positive, which means XRP could be on track to print its second bullish candle in a row on this timeframe. The RSI indicator is also supporting this move. According to the chart, the RSI line has crossed above its moving average, which usually signals that bullish momentum is slowly returning to the market. CW believes XRP will not only continue this current move but could also print a much bigger bullish candle next. The analyst says XRP has now entered a stage that previously triggered massive price rallies. ✅ XRP Fractal Pattern Showing Up Again An accompanying chart shared by the analyst shows a repeating fractal pattern on XRP’s higher timeframe chart. In both cycles, XRP entered a symmetrical triangle after reaching a major peak. The price then spent time consolidating inside the pattern before eventually breaking out to new highs. The first time this happened was between 2013 and 2017, when XRP rallied from around $0.0059 to about $0.439. Now, the current cycle appears to be following that same structure once again. According to the chart, the fractal pattern is divided into four phases. Phase 1 represents the final stage of the uptrend before XRP reaches its peak. During this stage in the current cycle, XRP moved from around $0.43 to its all-time high near $3.35 in 2018. Phase 2 is the correction stage, where the price pulls back after reaching its peak and retests support within the larger triangle pattern. Phase 3 is the consolidation phase. During this stage, XRP trades sideways while building momentum for the next breakout move. Phase 4 is where the breakout happens. Historically, this phase has led to strong price expansion and new all-time highs. According to CW, XRP is currently in this phase after breaking out in November 2024 and then pulling back slightly to retest the breakout zone. ✅ The Real Rally Starts Above $3.35 CW believes the major rally will only begin once XRP breaks above its all-time high resistance around $3.35. The analyst pointed to the 2017 breakout, where XRP started printing massive bullish candles immediately after moving above its previous highs. From the current price, XRP would need to rise around 137% to reach the $3.35 resistance level. If XRP successfully breaks above that zone, the chart suggests the next major target could be around $20. That would represent a gain of more than 1,300% from current levels. This outlook also matches another analysis from Hov, who believes XRP could rally toward the $15 to $20 range based on an Elliott Wave setup.
