2026-08-28 09:5403

[Estimated reading time: 3 minutes]

Bitget US Stock 2.0 provides access to rTokens, tokenized stock products issued by Reality, a compliant asset issuance platform and Bitget sub-brand.

Each rToken is backed 1:1 by real US shares held through licensed US broker infrastructure. During US stock market trading sessions, rToken spot orders are routed directly to NASDAQ and NYSE order books. Selected popular rTokens also support 24/7 trading, including weekend and holiday trading.

1. What are rTokens?

rTokens are tokenized stock products designed to provide exposure to selected US-listed stocks and ETFs.

Each rToken is backed 1:1 by real US shares. rTokens are not synthetic stock exposure.

Custody and brokerage infrastructure are provided through Alpaca Securities, a regulated partner that is FINRA-registered and SIPC-protected.

Both are rTokens backed 1:1 by real US shares and both are included in Bitget’s supported 24/7 rToken trading list.

9. Does Bitget offer fractional stock trading?

Yes. rTokens support fractional trading from 0.0001 shares.

Users do not need to purchase a whole share to gain exposure to a supported stock or ETF. For example, users may buy or sell a fraction of rAAPL, rTSLA, rNVDA, or another supported rToken.

10. Can I short stocks on Bitget?

Bitget supports stock-related trading through rTokens, including selected inverse or short-exposure rToken products where available.

For example:

rSQQQ represents the ProShares UltraPro Short QQQ ETF;

rSOXS represents the Direxion Daily Semiconductor Bear 3X ETF.

These products may provide inverse exposure to their relevant underlying markets or sectors.

However, inverse ETF rTokens are not the same as traditional stock borrowing and short selling through a brokerage account. Users should review the specific product structure, leverage, rebalancing mechanism, and risk disclosures before trading.

11. What are the fees for stock trading on Bitget?

Trading fees apply to rToken trading, including weekend trading.

The applicable trading fee is displayed on the relevant Bitget Spot Stocks trading page. Weekend trading follows the applicable rToken fee framework unless otherwise stated in an official product announcement.

Users should check the live trading page before placing an order because fee rates may change.

12. Does Bitget support trading Chinese ADR stocks?

Yes. Bitget supports selected Chinese ADR-related rTokens.

Examples include:

rBABA — Alibaba Group;

rPDD — PDD Holdings;

rFUTU — Futu Holdings.

The supported list may change based on product availability, market conditions, liquidity, and operational requirements.

13. Does Bitget US Stock 2.0 support stock dividends for tokenized shares?

Yes. When an underlying stock pays a dividend, eligible rToken holders receive the corresponding dividend distribution automatically in USDT, after applicable US withholding tax.

Dividend eligibility, distribution timing, calculation methods, and tax treatment are subject to the applicable rToken product rules and corporate-action notices.

14. How are stock splits and reverse stock splits handled for rTokens?

If an underlying stock undergoes a stock split or reverse stock split, the rToken balance and price are adjusted accordingly.

The adjustment is designed to preserve the proportional value of the position, subject to market price movements and the applicable product rules.

15. Are tokenized stocks on Bitget backed by real US market depth?

During US stock market trading sessions, rToken spot orders are routed directly to NASDAQ and NYSE order books.

During these sessions:

• rToken prices are aligned with the underlying US stock market;

• rToken liquidity is supported by native US stock market liquidity;

• Orders are not dependent only on internal crypto-market liquidity;

• The direct routing model helps reduce price deviation during US market trading hours.

When US exchanges are closed, such as during weekends and holidays, rToken trading uses Bitget’s on-platform matching and market-maker liquidity model.

Weekend liquidity is therefore different from live NASDAQ or NYSE order-book liquidity.

16. Does Bitget allow 24/7 trading and weekend liquidity for US stocks?

Bitget provides 5x24 access to native US stock market liquidity for rTokens.

During regular trading, pre-market, after-hours, and overnight US stock sessions, rToken orders are routed to NASDAQ and NYSE order books.

Selected popular rTokens also support 24/7 trading, including weekends and US market holidays.

During weekends and US market holidays, when NASDAQ and NYSE are closed, Bitget uses on-platform matching and market-maker liquidity.

17. How is the rToken price determined when US markets are closed?

When NYSE and NASDAQ are closed during weekends or holidays, there is no real-time US exchange price available.

Weekend rToken prices are primarily based on:

• The most recent US market closing price;

• Market-maker quotations;

• Market expectations regarding future price movements;

• Supply and demand during the weekend trading session.

Weekend prices are reference prices and are not real-time matched prices from NYSE or NASDAQ.

18. Can rToken prices gap when the US market opens on Monday?

Yes. When the US market opens on Monday, rToken prices re-align with the real-time price of the underlying stock.

Weekend news, earnings information, macro events, and changes in market sentiment may cause the price to gap up or down when the underlying US market reopens.

19. What order types are supported during weekend trading?

Weekend rToken trading supports:

• Limit orders;

• Take Profit orders;

• Stop Loss orders.

Unfilled limit orders placed during the weekend are automatically canceled when the system switches back to regular US stock market trading.

20. Are there price limits during weekend rToken trading?

There are no fixed daily price limits during weekend rToken trading.

However, Bitget may apply an approximately ±20% limit-order price range relative to the closing price before the weekend session begins. This mechanism is designed to help manage abnormal price movements and reduce manipulation risk.

21. Can rTokens be used as collateral or margin?

Subject to UTA eligibility and applicable collateral ratios, rTokens can be used as collateral or margin within supported Bitget account models.

Eligible users may retain rToken exposure while using rTokens as futures margin or collateral for borrowing supported assets.

22. Do rTokens provide voting rights?

No. rToken holders do not have voting rights associated with the underlying shares.
