CFD Profit Share Account User Guide
[Estimated reading time: 5 minutes]
This article explains the features of the Bitget CFD profit share account, how to view your account information, and how to transfer out funds. Profit share earned by elite traders is no longer deposited directly into their CFD elite trader account. Instead, it is automatically credited to a separate profit share account. This ensures that profit share funds do not affect the balance of the elite trader account, making trading data more accurate and reliable.
What is the CFD profit share account for?
• Ensure the accuracy of trading data: Profit share is stored separately and does not affect ROI calculations for the elite trader account, making the historical performance data you see more reliable.
• Reduce disruptions to automated trading strategies: Some elite traders use automated trading strategies. By isolating profit share funds, these strategies can operate more consistently, reducing unexpected risks.
• Manage profit share earnings more flexibly: Elite traders can transfer the available balance from their profit share account to their spot (funding) account at any time.
What does this mean for copiers?
Nothing changes for you as a copier. The profit share calculation rules remain the same. Only the flow of funds has been adjusted automatically by the platform, so no action is required on your part.

FAQ
1. Will the balance and profit share data of my existing elite portfolios be affected?
No. The platform will automatically upgrade your existing elite portfolios in the background. Starting from the next settlement cycle (daily at 12:00 AM), profit share will automatically be credited to the new profit share account. The entire process is automatic, and no action is required on your part.
2. Why do I see a pending release amount in my profit share account?
This is a temporarily frozen amount during the transfer review process. It will be released automatically once the review is complete and does not affect your total profit share amount.
3. What happens to the balance in my profit share account if I close my elite portfolio?
When an elite portfolio is closed, the system completes the final profit share settlement and automatically transfers the entire remaining balance in the profit share account to your spot account. No manual action is required.
4. Will the balance in my profit share account affect the performance data of my elite portfolio?
No. This is the purpose of the separate profit share account. The two accounts are completely isolated. The balance in your profit share account is not included in your elite trader account, so your ROI and other performance metrics remain unaffected.
5. After the upgrade, I can't see my new profit share balance in the older app version. Has my money been lost?
No. Your funds are safe. Your profit share has been credited to the new profit share account, but older app versions cannot display it for the time being. Update the app to the latest version or log in on the web to view your complete balance and transaction records.
