Jump accused of facilitating the collapse of Terraform Labs
Jinse Finance reported that Todd Snyder, the bankruptcy liquidator for Terraform Labs, has filed a lawsuit against high-frequency trading giant Jump Trading, accusing the company of illegally profiting and causing the collapse of Do Kwon's crypto empire. The lawsuit seeks $4 billion in damages. The defendants include Jump Trading, its co-founder William DiSomma, and Kanav Kariya, who was promoted from intern to president of Jump's crypto trading business. The case is being handled by the administrator appointed by the bankruptcy court.
