Parent company of NYSE: More than half of institutional clients are interested in prediction markets
Jinse Finance reported that Jeffrey Sprecher, CEO of Intercontinental Exchange Inc., revealed that more than half of the group's institutional clients are interested in obtaining prediction market data generated from its new partnership with the prediction market platform Polymarket. Sprecher stated at the Goldman Sachs Financial Services Conference on Tuesday that the 10,000 clients under Intercontinental Exchange, who originally focused on traditional commodities trading such as oil, natural gas, and cocoa, are now closely monitoring the dynamics of prediction markets to assess how these markets might impact their existing and future financial positions.
